In September 2004, Quality Control seminar was held.
Main objective of the Quality control seminar was to raise the level of quality of the products and the level of quality awareness of the employees. First part of the seminar included presentation of the structure of Quality Control Model, recommendation for improvement of core parts of controlling function, establishment of Defects Tracking Model as well as means for conducting Defects Analysis.
In the second part, attendants were given a chance to conduct their own Defects Analysis and to define appropriate preventive/corrective measures for dealing with the causes of defects - to run the Quality Control Model in practice.
